What do I need to bring?
We require you to bring a journal, face mask, light colored and comfortable clothing, bathing suit and towel, along with an open mind and heart, a desire to deepen your bond and connection to Nyame and your Nsamanfo (ancestors).
How long is the program?

Why Part II?
Many participants expressed there was not enough time to discuss all the information they learned during Part I. There also was not enough time to fellowship and grow with each other as a community. Part II will explore those topics in greater depth and mastery, plus devote time to fellowship and sisterhood bonding.
What about COVID-19 protocols?
We require all participants to provide negative covid-19 test results 72 hours in advance of each in person class. Proof of vaccination is not required.
What is provided?
We will provide all food and beverages for each class which includes breakfast and lunch plus snacks. We will request dietary restrictions, in advance, and provide food accordingly. You’re more than welcome to bring your own food and snacks if you desire.
